Local Delivery: Next day delivery for local orders.
Nationwide Delivery: 4-5 days transit time.
Soft Goods/Wearables: Low minimum order quantities.
Hard Goods: Minimum order quantities based on product availability.
Decorated products are non-returnable.
Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
For damaged or misprinted items, store credit will be provided.
Customers will be notified of any backorders at the time of ordering.
Bulk purchase orders may be eligible for discounts.
Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days before production.
A 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Hard goods and promotional items are subject to availability. Quotations will be provided at the time of order.
Changes to products, quantity, decoration method, or artwork will reset lead times. Address changes may result in up to a 1-week delay.
Artwork must be provided in vector format with a resolution of 300 dpi.
Fonts should be converted to outlines.
We do not accept GIF files, screenshots, photocopies, Word documents, or scans.
If art creation is needed, a fee of $60/hr with a minimum charge of 1 hour will apply.
For specific colour guidelines, provide CMYK breakdown or a Pantone value. We cannot guarantee an exact Pantone match for full-color processes. If imprint colouration is a concern, pre-production samples can be arranged. Charges may apply, and samples may not be available for rush orders.
