Our typical turnaround time is 3 weeks after approval. Some lead times may take longer dependent on the decoration method, inventory, and time of year.

We offer Direct-to-Garment (DTF), Embroidery, Vinyl, Screen Printing, Sublimation, and specialty methods such as Metallic, Patches, Glitter, and more!

Soft Goods and wearables done in house typically do not have minimums but this is also dependent on the type of decoration method we use. Some methods such as screenprinting have a minimum order quantity of 12 units.

Hard Goods/Promotional Items are dependent upon the product, each product has their own set quantity. Typical rule of thumb – the lower the cost of a product the more needed to be purchased and vice versa.

You are able to order less than the lowest posted quantity, however extra charges will apply.

Yes, not all items require a logo. We offer a variety of brand-name gifts that can be ordered without customization. However, some brands may require a logo to be present to be sold under their trademark and branding guidelines.

Absolutely, we can offer discounts and clearance items to fit various budgets.

Our storefront is open 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday. Email inquiries are responded to within 24 hours on business days.

Our sales team is remote and available online or in-person based on your preferences. Our decoration takes place in Stoney Creek, ON and Dunnville, ON.

We can provide pre-production samples, based on the item pricing may vary. Minimum pre-production sample is $35.00 plus shipping and taxes.

We have a sample library to choose from where there is no cost to borrow them. If those samples are not returned they will be invoiced for those samples. It is the responsibility of the interested party to return the samples at their own cost. The cost to have samples sent is free but to return will be at the expense of the recipient.

Feel free to check out our designer online to create your own products or choose a product and quantity, select color options, and submit your artwork. Our team assists in creating the final design to ensure it meets specifications, and looks good!

We use various state-of-the-art printing processes to showcase your logo or design. With options like pad print, digital print, screen printing, engraving, etching, embossing, debossing, heat transfer vinyl, there is rarely anything we can’t decorate.

Pantone colors offer precise shades for branding, while CMYK is suited for multi-colored imprints like photographs.

We use various carriers and offer different shipping methods to meet your needs, including special delivery options.
