Embroidery
Embroidery is a long lasting decoration method, using thread to build your logo on a garment. This process is suitable for higher end apparel and works for logos with several colours which otherwise would cost a fortune for print. Spiff up your logo for your everyday apparel, work uniforms, sport shirts, jackets, and other delicate and/or high end items.
WHERE IS IT BEST USED:
- OUTERWEAR
- HIGHER END GARMENTS
- MULTIPLE COLOURS
- LESS DETAIL
- LEFT CHEST PLACEMENT
- NAMES/CRESTS
ELEMENTS OF EMBROIDERY

DIGITIZING
Before we can move forward with embroidering a design or logo, we need to have the image converted to thread. This tells our machine what to do, how many stitches, and where to move. There is a fee for this service but it is only one time per logo. If you have had embroidery done in the past you may have your logo on file where we would waive the fee. Our digitizing services are of the highest quality, offering unlimited edits to your logo to make sure it fits just right on every item.

SPECIALTY THREAD
Metallic thread is another option that really accentuates a logo or design. This is to create that shimmering effect that gives it full dimension on products, use it on regular surfaces in in conjunction with puff. Fire Retardant thread is something we use to embroidery on fire retardant clothing. This allows for us to still brand your apparel and not affect the integrity of the CSA rating. We recommend this on all fire resistant/retardant and flame-resistant garments.

APPLIQUE/PATCHES
Applique and patches are a very unique way to enhance a design and/or logo. This is our newest addition to the embroidery family. Applique helps reduce the time that a logo would take to stitch out by adding in swatches of material in otherwise stitch dense areas. The swatches are sewn onto the fabric with zig-zag, satin or rope stitching to keep them in place and the rest of the details are embroidered onto the fabric.

3D PUFF EMBROIDERY
Want to have your logo stand out? We literally make your logo stand out with puff embroidery, a method that embroiders over layers of foam on a robust item like a bag or hat. Have all layers stand out or just one colour to give it dimension.
Heat Transfer Vinyl
Heat Transfer vinyl is great for small to large orders that are 1 to 2 colours. This process avoids any set up fees and allows for multiple different locations and works great for larger sized designs. This is done by taking your customized artwork and applying heat to secure the vinyl onto your material of choice.
